Conrad

Conrad is a small evil ugly troll wizard. He was invented in a 6th form English lesson, when I was supposed to be writing a comprehension essay on a short passage by Joseph Conrad. As I found the comprehension somewhat uninspiring, I opted instead to write a short story, incorporating elements of the passage as I went along. This explains why most people will not understand a lot of the first Conrad story ('The Boat'), as it contains lots of in-jokes and references. There is no particular reason why most people will not understand the rest of the stories but, nonetheless, they will not.

This was adapted by me from the short story above for the Cardiff High School 1996 Christmas pantomime, hence the presence of crappy jokes. No excuse is currently being offered for the crappy jokes in the stories, or elsewhere on this site.
